1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

• Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

2. Return Conditions

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

• All original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Please ensure the collar or lead is free from pet hair or dirt before returning.

3. How to Start a Return

• Contact us by  CLICKING HERE with your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will provide you with the return shipping address.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

• Every item is checked before dispatch, but if your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately.

• We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
